As a professional qualified counsellor, I work within CPD ‘Continual Professional Development’ working within a number of differing agencies and styles. As a member of BACP, I work continually to expand my knowledge and skill base. The much heralded CBT is a process spread across many systems/approaches and is yet another technique available to therapists
